Our High Mast Lighting solutions are engineered for high-intensity, large-area coverage where structural stability is as critical as photometric performance. We provide masts ranging from 12m to 30m, manufactured using a multi-step “Stress-Relieved” welding process. Each mast is Hot-Dip Galvanized internally and externally to ISO 1461 standards, providing a maintenance-free lifespan of over 25 years in high-humidity or coastal environments.

The heart of our high mast system is the Motorized Power Tool and Winch Assembly. Our “Double Drum” winch design ensures that the luminaire carriage is raised and lowered with 100% level accuracy, eliminating the risk of tilting during maintenance. We use high-tensile Stainless Steel Wire Ropes with a safety factor of 5:1, ensuring that the heavy LED headframe remains secure even under extreme wind loads and vibratory stresses.

From an optical perspective, we utilize Asymmetric Floodlights that allow for high-forward light throw without the need to tilt the fixtures at steep angles. This reduces “Upward Light Waste” and ensures that the light is concentrated precisely on the working plane—be it a container terminal, a railway yard, or a highway interchange. Our Point-to-Point Lux Calculations guarantee that there are no “Dark Spots” between masts, enhancing security and operational safety.

We also integrate Aviation Obstruction Lights and specialized “Lightning Finials” to protect the masts from atmospheric discharges. Our masts are designed to withstand Basic Wind Speeds as per IS 875 Part 3, using a “Variable Cross-Section” polygonal design that offers superior aerodynamic stability. Whether it is for a coal mine or a sea port, our high mast installations are the industry benchmark for durability and high-lumen performance.
