He is a B.E. (Electrical) of 1982 Batch from Siddaganga Institute of Technology,
Tumkur, Karnataka, is the Chairman of the company, having rich experience 35+
years in the electrical EPC domain, and has worked with different clients at
different locations throughout India on various electrical projects. The Chairman is
very much business oriented and focused and plans to grow the company to new
heights, and firmly believes, that there is a lot of potential in the industry, which
still needs to be captured and developed. He is a keen Philanthropist, and is
always working in welfare of the underprivileged Children and animal welfare.

He is a B.Tech (Electrical) and MBA (Operations & Finance) from IMT
Ghaziabad and is a true lifelong learner, who firmly believes, that the
bridge between possible and impossible is knowledge of how to do it. He
has a rich experience of 12 years + in the electrical EPC industry and has
worked to develop an entire project management team and business
development team to actively and aggressively expand and capture the
increasing market demands. He has a great knowledge of finance &
