Mr. Devendra Kumar Bishnoi – Chairman

He is a B.E. (Electrical) of 1982 Batch from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur, Karnataka, is the Chairman of the company, having rich experience 35+ years in the electrical EPC domain, and has worked with different clients at different locations throughout India on various electrical projects. The Chairman is very much business oriented and focused and plans to grow the company to new heights, and firmly believes, that there is a lot of potential in the industry, which still needs to be captured and developed. He is a keen Philanthropist, and is always working in welfare of the underprivileged Children and animal welfare.

Mr. Diwaker Bishnoi - Managing Director

He is a B.Tech (Electrical) and MBA (Operations & Finance) from IMT Ghaziabad and is a true lifelong learner, who firmly believes, that the bridge between possible and impossible is knowledge of how to do it. He has a rich experience of 12 years + in the electrical EPC industry and has worked to develop an entire project management team and business development team to actively and aggressively expand and capture the increasing market demands. He has a great knowledge of finance & business operations along with technical skills as required in the business.” A true Philanthropist, working with various charitable organizations for upliftment of the underprivileged and animal welfare.

End-to-End Quality Assurance Process

Our quality assurance process begins at the pre-ordering stage and continues through the entire project lifecycle.

Engineering & Design Control

All drawings, BOMs, and technical documents are prepared, reviewed, and submitted for customer approval, ensuring only approved and compliant materials are specified.

Vendor Evaluation & Approval

All suppliers are evaluated and approved for long-term association through a structured vendor assessment process. We maintain a dedicated vendor evaluation team to identify and onboard reliable manufacturers of cables, switchgear, lighting fixtures, and allied materials.

Material Inspection & Compliance

All incoming materials are accepted only against relevant test certificates and must strictly comply with applicable Indian and international standards. No material enters fabrication or site execution without QA clearance.

Fabrication & Stage-Wise Inspection

Fabrication activities are carried out strictly as per controlled drawings, with stage-wise inspections conducted by our internal QA team. No activity proceeds without documented inspection clearance.

Site Material Control

All inward materials at site are:

Registered and logged

Physically inspected for condition and quantity

Verified against purchase orders and invoices

Any discrepancies are immediately reported, documented, and corrective actions are initiated to prevent recurrence.

Documentation & Handover

All Material Test Certificates (MTCs), manuals, drawings, and site marking plans are systematically maintained and submitted to clients and third-party inspection agencies. Final documentation is handed over to the client’s maintenance team for future reference and audits.
